Reiki is an ancient healing method originating in Tibet and rediscovered in the mid-nineteenth century by Dr. Mikao Usui. Reiki means "spiritually guided universal energy" with the "rei" describing the universal and spiritual aspect and "ki" the life force energy. It is a gentle modality that can be learned by anyone.
Reiki Classes All classes are a combination of lecture, discussion and practical experience and include manuals and a certificate of completion.
	First Degree 2 Days First degree will include the history of Reiki, meditation exrercises for clearing the mind, personal attunement, role of chakras and essential oils plus practical sessions for self treatment and treatment of others. Cost: $250.00 Cost: $250.00
	Second Degree 2 Days Second degree teaches and attunes you to three of the sacred Usui symbols and how to offer healing from a distance. The pratical experience includes consultation techniques and the addition of several different moves to allow the practitioner to give a more complete treatment. Pre Requisite Reiki One Cost: $250.00
	Third Degree 3 Days Third degree teaches and attunes you to the Usui Master symbol. You also learn how to give a four symbol and a six symbol attunement. Beaming and scanning are also covered. Pre Requisite Reiki Two Cost: $500.00
	Reiki Kids 1 Day Children have a natural understanding and enthusiasm for Reiki which makes it easy for them to learn. This workshop is interactive, involving story telling, music, hands on activities which demonstrate the basic principles and history of Reiki. Each child will receive an attunement, learn hand positons for a self treatment, and how to give a treatment for others. It is designed for chidren from age 6 - 16. Cost: $99.00
