What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a non invasive therapy based on
the theory that there are reflexes in the feet,
hands and ears that relate to internal glands, organs
and parts of the body which are laid out as a "mirror"
of the body. Through application of pressure on
these reflexes, there is improved circulation, a
release of tension and congestion which over time
promotes natural healing of the body.
Living Essentials is a certified school recognised
and approved by RRCO ( Reflexology Registration
Council of Ontario).
