What Is Aromatherapy?
Aromatherapy is the art and science of using essential
oils for improving and maintaining health on all
levels. The term "AROMATHERAPIE" was coined
in 1928 by a French chemist René-Maurice
Gattefossé who discovered the powerful healing
effects of Lavender on a burn sustained in his laboratory.
What Are Essential Oils?
Essential oils are natural, organic substances
which are often referred to as the "life force"
of the plant. These oils are concentrated extractions
from various parts of the plant such as the leaves,
flowers, resins, bark and roots. All oils have therapeutic
properties which affect our health on all levels.
